Our first time visiting and it was great experience. The staff were very friendly. And the burgers were awesome. Make sure you have plenty napkins because you’ll need them! My personal theory is great burgers are messy burgers and these shore do not disappoint! MMM We will definitely be back!

The chilli cheeseburger was cooked perfectly. It looked and tasted awesome! This location is off the road behind other well known restaurants so don’t get distracted by those locations. You come here once you’ll be here twice. Take advantage of the outdoor seating too. It’s phenomenal.

The food was amazing. Service was phenomenal. They were running a donation special in partnership with a local school and I thought that was really cool. Definitely best burger in Leland. Nice variety in house made sauces and across the menu plus they serve beer! Will be back every time I need to come to Mavis for car work lol.

We dined in on an extremely cold day, however, we had a very warm welcome! The friendly young lady that took our order and the welcoming woman who brought us our food were so appreciated after experiencing a long list of weather related delays! We learned that they were a mother daughter team when they sincerely checked on us to see if we were enjoying our food! We were so impressed with the attention to detail both in customer service and delicious food that we made it a point to revisit the establishment again! Not to mention add it to the list of places to return to when we are in the area next! Thank you Natalia, Brittany and the Al’s staff!

Best burger around! We stopped in for dinner and the service was impeccable! We felt more than welcome, speedy service, very clean establishment, delicious burger cooked perfectly and great music to top it off! What a wonderful addition to Leland, can’t wait to come back to visit and try everything else on the menu!

Me and my wife recently went here for lunch. It was our first time and when they advertised world’s greatest burger, I knew I had to have it. My wife Loves a good burger. We both have the special burger, the flying Hawaiian. My daughter was with us she got a grilled hotdog. I also got cheese fries, and my wife got the sweet potato fries with the icing sauce. Overall, the burger with solid, probably a four or five. The cheese fries were salad, probably a 3 1/2 out of five. We sat outside and they brought us our food out there, which was very nice. Service was fast. Everyone was friendly. The restaurant seemed exceptionally clean. Highlight for me was the sweet potato fries with icing very very good. I’d like to come back and try a different burger one day!

Excellent burger place in Leland. Very clean restaurant, the only thing is that the led lights in the dining area are way too bright they should get dimmers or some lenses over the lights to reduce the hard bright light. The employees were great and the manager was super friendly and helpful. My wife and I each had different burgers and the fries and everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Lots of great variety. They also have outdoor seating.

Opened promptly @ 11am and GREETED with a smile! I ordered the Classic All the way Add Bacon. Cooked Medium w/fries and a drink. The Grill Master was spot on. Fries were hot and crispy topped with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. The Burger was mouth watering and cooked just right. Firm tomato and shredded lettuce and melted cheese complimented the lightly toasted bun. I would recommend Al's Burger Shake to friends and family.
